This confidentiality policy describes the terms of collection and processing of personal data relating to users (hereinafter the “User(s)”) of the website jaillant-esthetique.com (the “Site”).

Who is in charge of the treatment ?

The processing of personal data is implemented by Jean-Philippe JAILLANT, 38 route de Savannah 97460 Saint-Paul, acting as data controller. As data controller, we are keen to protect the privacy of users of the Site as best as possible within the framework of European and French regulations regarding personal data.

What personal data do we collect?

We collect certain personal data provided directly by the User when they provide their contact data (last name, first name, email and reason for consultation via the contact form).

Other data may be collected during the User's visit to the Site, such as:

  • The IP address.

  • Data on the User's navigation (pages visited, etc.), as more fully described below.

Why are my personal data collected, by whom and for what purposes?

We collect your personal data in order to provide you with the best possible service. The list below allows you to have an overview of the methods of processing your personal data as part of the service we offer you.

Sending a newsletter:

  • Data collected: Email address.

  • Data user: Clinique-hair-greffe.com - Dr Christophe JAILLANT.

  • The purpose: To send you relevant information on the latest news from Dr Christophe JAILLANT with your express agreement.

  • Retention period: 2 years after last contact with you or any other period required by law.

Sending an Email:

  • Data collected: Title, first and last name, email address.

  • Data user: clinic-hair-graft.com - Dr Christophe JAILLANT.

  • The purpose: To respond to your request by email.

  • Retention time: Deleted within a week after responding to you

Downloading a brochure:

  • Data collected: Title, first and last name, email address, subject of the request.

  • Data user: clinic-hair-graft.com - Dr Christophe JAILLANT.

  • The purpose: To send you the download link of the requested brochure.

  • Retention time: Deleted within a week on the day of response.

Making an appointment:

  • Data collected: First and last name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, reason for consultation.

  • Data user:clinic-hair-greffe.com- Dr Christophe JAILLANT uses the services of professional software for the traceability of appointments. Patient data is not stored with us.

  • The purpose: To respond to your meeting request.

  • Retention period: 2 years after last contact with you or any other period required by law.

Improving the service provided on the site:

  • Data collected: IP address, data on the User's navigation (pages visited, etc.), version of the terminal's browser.

  • Data user:  clinique-hair-greffe.com - Dr Christophe JAILLANT.

  • The purpose: To follow your navigation on the Site in order to understand your journey and subsequently improve your experience via the Site, to develop statistics relating to the Site.

  • Shelf life: 13 months.

How long do I giveAre personal data retained?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes stated above or in order to comply with our legal obligations (see above).

Who is my personal data shared with?

We only transmit your personal data to third parties in the following limited cases:

  • Transmission of your contact data to a third-party provider in charge of emailing bound by an obligation of confidentiality in order to send you newsletters;

  • Hosting of your data by a hosting provider located in the European Union required to ensure data confidentiality;

  • Communication of your personal data to our external advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors, etc.) bound by an obligation of confidentiality;

  • Communication of your personal data to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law and/or a court decision.

What are my rights and how can I exercise them?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, objectosition and data portability.

If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you can also file a complaint with the CNIL or any other competent authority. Finally, you can choose not to provide us with your personal information.

How can I withdraw my consent for the processing of my personal data?

If you decide to use some of our services (such as the newsletter) we may ask you for your explicit consent to process your personal data.

The withdrawal of consent by a User will have no impact on the experience offered on our Site outside the scope of the processing concerned.

Each User may withdraw their consent at any time, as follows:

  • Newsletter: an unsubscribe link appears at the bottom of each newsletter;
